(K-B)]

 subgroups of similar interests (K-B differentiated by interest groups (GAGC of Intent))

their own Personal K-B

 4th: [Fee….] For Access to a Query Logic/Response Act (Q/R-engine), with an
instantiation as an AutoGnomic Search Engine
